GO TO LAWYER: OUTSIDE GENERAL COUNSEL

Many of our clients use us as their go-to lawyer. My firm’s practice areas are limited. I usually deal with things that relate to the ownership and control of the business. However, for many of our clients, I am the first line of defense. They will call me first when they have an issue, and I will help them. I will direct them on that particular issue. I will help them find an appropriate resource, whether it be a lawyer or other professional, to make sure that things are moving forward.

You want one person you can call. You don’t want to have to think and analyze who should you call, who can handle this, who understands you. I get to know our clients, understand them, their businesses, their unique issues, and then I can help advise them on who they should talk to and who they should work with, to maximize their chances of getting things done correctly and keeping the business moving forward.
