LITIGATION MANAGEMENT
Litigation can be a challenging time for companies. It takes so much time and attention to go through the litigation process, to make sure you have the right litigation team, to watch over your lawyers, to check the bills, to think about strategy, and to make sure that you’re moving forward. My philosophy is simple; I try to help our clients avoid litigation. However, sometimes litigation is going to happen, and I join the team with our clients that are already engaged in litigation.
At some point, you want to have a quarterback that’s going to help you figure out whether litigation makes sense or whether you should go toward negotiations, instead. I can help you manage the litigation process to make sure that it’s being done correctly, that the various teams are working together, and that everybody’s moving forward. I can work with our clients on managing their litigation and make sure things are being done to their benefit. Things are being checked, and procedures and processes are in place to keep the litigation running as smooth as possible. I want to minimize the amount of time that management and other key leaders have to spend in the litigation process.
