LAYING THE FOUNDATION BY PLANNING

When you’re forming your company, there’s a lot going on. You need to make sure you get things planned in the right direction. This may be your first time forming a business, or you’re first time forming a business at this level or without others involved or with a different team of people. I help businesses, and business owners work on making sure that they have the setup of their company done correctly and legally, but also that they have a right plan in place for the future.

I work with my clients so that they know what the next steps are and how the business is going to grow and evolve and how they’re going to add pieces and parts of the business as it goes on. Perhaps that’s adding partners later. There maybe be securities offerings with new investors coming in, or maybe they’ll be other challenges along the way, such as going in a new line of businesses, conducting mergers, buying other companies, bringing in new executives, or other changes to the business as it grows.

I can work with our clients to help make sure they have an adequate plan in place to make sure that they’re going in the right direction and that there aren’t as many unanticipated problems in the future. I can make sure the foundation is laid out correctly and make sure the planning process goes well.
