CHANGING BUSINESS

Often your business will evolve and change over time. You may want to go into new industries. You may find new opportunities. You might have employees coming and going, or you might have other transitions and changes in your business. I work with our clients as their business changes. Sometimes the process is fairly simple. The business can evolve into a new product line or add a new offering without much disruption. Sometimes, however, it creates great challenges. There might be issues with existing investors or employees or other changes that need to be done in the business.

I can work with the business through the change process to make sure the business is getting from where the business is to where it needs to be and managing the change properly to make sure that everybody is protected and that as many of the unanticipated consequences are dealt with as early as possible. If you’re changing and adjusting your business, you probably have a lot going on. I work with my clients to help manage the process and make sure that the changes are done correctly and efficiently.
