BRINGING IN INVESTORS
Often in the life of a company you need to bring in additional capital. You cannot just grow organically. It’s simply too difficult to make enough money off of your operations, (certainly with expenses involved), to allow the company to grow as quickly and as efficiently as necessary to get the company to where the maximum value creation should be. Often this means bringing in investors. It could be a variety of different scenarios. These investors might be smaller, angel or venture capital investors, or a private equity backer as the company evolves, or it might even be a going public transaction of some sort.
I can work with our clients through the growth process and explain how they should properly bring in investors and make sure that it’s done in a legally compliant manner. This ensures that everybody is protected including the management team through the company and indeed the investors as well.
